Hypnotherapy, NLP and EFT

Hypnotherapy gives choice by enabling access to new and different states of awareness to create change.  These approaches are particularly effective when combined with neurolinguistic programming techniques. This well established approach has been used extensively for issues like sleep and increasing calm.  It is recommended in NHS guidelines for treatment of IBS.

Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) is a simple and powerful therapeutic tool that uses words and acupressure tapping to tune into and clear emotional disturbance that stops us from moving forwards. Results are surprisingly fast and generally long lasting.  EFT is often called "tapping" or "the tapping therapy". It has a great track record in transforming people's lives in a wide range of issues. 

Neuro-Linguistic programming (NLP) in York. This approach aims to create lasting and rapid change in their lives of individuals. It uses a set of tried and tested techniques developed from hypnotherapy and psychotherapy from study of the work of successful therapists. These tools have been refined and developed over more than 30 years to help individuals resolve issues and reach their full potential.

Integral Eye Movement Therapy (IEMT) is an eye movement technique similar to EMDR.  It is a developing area of rapid change work developed from NLP that explores the area of undesired emotions and our ways of being.
