It uses a set of tried and tested techniques developed from hypnotherapy and psychotherapy from study of the work of successful therapists. These tools have been refined and developed over more than 30 years to help individuals resolve issues and reach their full potential.
Integral Eye Movement Therapy (IEMT) is an eye movement technique similar to EMDR. It is a developing area of rapid change work developed from NLP that explores the area of undesired emotions and our ways of being.
